All orders are sent with Czech Post.
Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout, no handling charge is added. Your order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.
Czech Post will be shipping all goods we are selling with a signed for delivery and Track & Trace service. Your parcel can be tracked through www.postaonline.cz or www.zasilkovna.cz with the tracking number we have provided with each order.
Please note that we are not able to change address after you placed your order and combine shipping on separate orders.
Please inform us as soon as possible if are not entirely satisfied with your product.
You must notify us prior to sending if you wish to return the goods for any reason. You may return your goods for a refund within 14 days of receipt, providing it is returned unused and undamaged in the original packaging. We will refund your money within 30 days of receiving your goods. If you are returning an item please ensure there is suitable compensation in case of loss or damage. We will be unable to refund an order before it has arrived with us if it is soiled or damaged.
Shipping costs are non refundable. Omnifera will cover the cost of return shipping ONLY if the item being returned/exchanged has a serious manufacturer’s defect or flaw.
Omnifera is not responsible for any purchases/returns/exchanges that are lost by Czech Post or any other delivery provider.
